For 7 months minimum unheated storage, the rate above is per foot per month, after all the optional discounts. A 10-foot wide space is included. If you don't pay by eft or store in year around, the rate is higher. The entrance door is twelve feet tall.

For example: 12 ft. vehicle = the rate x 12 feet x 7  for seven months

Less than 7 months storage is more per foot per month.

For storage with in and out access, like a garage, the rate is more per foot per month.  With this option, you can keep your property clear for other purposes and come here when you want to get your item for use.

For outdoor storage, the rate is half of the rate or 50% off of the rate per foot per month.
