The price above is after the 5% auto pay discount and after the 20% discount for storing your car here all year long.  We have other options as well. 

We have many security cameras.

For 7 months minimum unheated storage, the rate above is per foot per month, after all the optional discounts. A 10-foot wide space is included. If you don't pay by eft or store in year around, the rate is higher.

For example: 12 ft. car = the rate x 12  feet x 7  for seven months.

If available, less than 4 months storage is higher per foot per month.

Four to six months is higher per foot.

For outdoor storage, the rate is 50% less than the indoor. For 7 months heated storage, if available, the rate is higher.

For storage with in and out access, like a garage, the rate is higher per foot per month with a $45 minimum. Between October and May, a seven month time may be the minimum commitment.

To reserve a space, you may pay at time of reservation or pay a deposit. If you want to rent for seven months and pay monthly, the rate is 10% higher.

We give a five percent discount for paying by electronic funds transfer that we initiate.
