For 7 months minimum unheated storage, the rate above is per foot per month, from front to the back, after all the optional discounts. This is measured from the tip of the tongue on the trailer to the back of the motor. A 10-foot wide space is included. The entrance door is twelve feet tall. If you pay by eft, the rate is discounted by 5%.  If you store your boat year around, there is a 20% discount.  We took these optional discounts off of the price above.

For example: 10 ft. boat = 10 x rate per foot x 7 for seven months equals the  total for seven months.

If available, less than 7 months storage is higher per foot per month.

For outdoor storage, the rate is 50% less than the indoor.

For 7 months heated storage, the rate is 40% more per foot per month

For Unheated storage with in and out access, like a garage, the rate is 15% more per foot per month.

If you want to rent for seven months and pay monthly, the rate is 15% higher.

We give a five percent discount for paying by electronic funds transfer (eft) that we initiate. The above rates are based on signing up for the 5% discount we give for ach payments. If you pay by another method, the rate will be higher.

To reserve a space, you may pay at time of reservation and by completing the rental form.

If you want to get your boat out of storage on a specific day, rather than a day we select for all winter storage items to be taken out, there is a $25 fee to cover the time to do this for you.

There is two month deposit.

In Wisconsin, boat storage is taxable.
