Israeli Style Turkish dark roastl coffee 1 kilograms (2.2 pounds). This very fine Turkish grind coffee is used in a traditional coffee pot on a burner. Here's one way to prepare the Israeli coffee : Add one espresso cup of water (2-3oz) to the coffee pot. Turn on the burner and put the coffee pot on it. Add one teaspoon of coffee to the coffee pot. Add 1/2 - 2 teaspoons of sugar . Stir slowly and when it boils it is ready. Serve in the cup and ... enjoy.
