One cool story about this coffee: there is a nice little bakery/deli in Duluth, MN that served lots of this blend. Their catering may have had an impact on their profits from the coffee sales, but as a company we were very impressed with their gross profit from coffee sales exceeding $60,000.00 per year back in the 1990's. A chef from a resort in Brainerd, MN visited our bakery/deli customer and was so impressed with the taste that he contacted our roastery about the product.
