We set out compete with the taste of Kahlua* Creme coffee. We roast it to a medium finish, to bring out the best of this Mexican treat. Earthy, robust and naturally sweet. A natural process decaf with character. Chocolate tones, bold and deep flavor, with a smooth finish. You will never suspect this to be a decaf! Dry fragrance of banana, cocoa, and roasted nuts. The wet aroma seemed sweet. Grown in the mountains of central Mexico. The flavors are subtle, but tend toward baker's chocolate and ripe stone fruit in the peach/plum range.
